Team of Advisors, a standout group within Keller Williams, came to Houbi Studio with a vision: to reimagine their brand as a high-performing real estate collective grounded in trust, expertise, and personalized service.

We translated that ambition into a full rebrand, refining their visual language and digital presence into something elegant, professional, and unmistakably human. The new identity balances boldness with restraint, pairing clean typography with grounded, warm tones that echo the trust and clarity the team brings to their clients every day.

Brand curation with purpose

Much like a well-designed space, the new visual identity is curated, not cluttered. We focused on modular design elements that work across channels, from pitch decks and social posts to signage and digital listings. Photography was treated with the same level of care: warm light, personal moments, and a sense of calm professionalism.

The new logotype reflects collaboration and precision. Supporting elements, like a soft but confident color palette and editorial-inspired layouts, establish a tone of quiet authority without sacrificing approachability.
